FRESH DURUM WHEAT FLOUR RED BEET RAVIOLI WITH WALNUTS, RICOTTA AND SCALLIONS

1 portion serves 1        ( 12 ravioli ).  

Ingredients: water, durum wheat flour, salt, red beet, cow milk ricotta cheese, walnuts, scallions, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil. 

Instruction: boil lightly salted water in a large pot, add the pasta, stir to keep the pasta from sticking and cook for 4 to 6 minutes (test the pasta if necessary), drain and toss with the sauce you prefer.
